Screenshot of the Purple Pans website Purple pans was started in 2004 by Tom Barton. His aim was to offer nothing but the best quality cookware on the market, coupled with unbeatable customer service and competitive prices.

Tom, an aerospace engineer by trade, is passionate about cooking and about functional, attractive and well-made cookware.

Project Background - 2004 to 2008

Webcogs were commisioned by Purple Pans to product an elegant, functional and quick to browser E-Commerce website.

Purple Pans is powered by Storemill which gives Purple Pans the ability to manage their stock, orders and website over the Internet twenty four hours a day.

In 2007 Purple Pans changed hands and Webcogs are now working closely with the new owners to meet any on-going requirements that they might have.
